Online gaming supplier Nektan has recently brought in Jaydeep Chakravartty to assist the company’s plans for expansion in the Asian and EMEA regions where he will taking over the role of vice-president of commercials.
Chakravartty is joining the company after leaving Ingenuity Gaming, where he took on the role of commercial director for a total of six years. Before that, he worked at Ladbrokes Retail as a manager before becoming an operations manager at Ladbrokes eGaming, and a project manager at 32Red not long after that.
His new role at Nektan will see him take on the responsibility of account and sales management for all of the operators White Label and B2B divisions, and will be enhancing their relationship with other suppliers, partners, and service providers.
His recent arrival comes a few days after the operator signed the biggest B2B deal in its history with a tech company that will be using its casino platform BetVictor. The new agreement will see Nektan integrate its B2B E-Lite casino platform into BetVictor, which will be used to distribute table and slot games across three major BetVictor brands.
The company has confirmed with reporters that this will be largest partnership so far, and that the deal is a landmark win for its B2B division. Nektan’s focus at the moment will be on the Asian market, having recently launched its B2B gaming platform Evolve Lite in the region, which was done through a partnership with Tyche Digital Malta Limited, but they also have interest in the US market.
