Dench eGaming Solutions has announced that it intends to bring a new level of marketing automation to the gaming products it sells. The announcement was made not long after the operator’s launch into the UK market.
The operator, which has its headquarters based in Bulgaria, and is currently operating in both Bulgaria and Latvia, has recently earned a remote supplier’s licence to provide services within the UK. Along with its Dench Core white label platform, the operator will also be launching its real-time automated solution platform, Giselle, into the UK market later in the year. Their focus at the moment is providing automation, including automatic bonuses and customer service, with the hope of setting itself apart from rivals in the same market.
CEO and co-founder of Dench, Drian Toshkov, told reporters that the power of their products lies in the freedom and flexibility of their system to both players and marketers, who were once stuck in promotional roadmaps and development cycles. He explained that they want to bring an architecture to the market that bundles up their core platform components into automated systems, which will give users a more cohesive experience across the platform. Includes in this will be easier searches for customer data, more efficient transactions, as well as building real-time bonus campaigns which go live as quickly as possible.
The operator, which was first founded in 2016, has offices in Bulgaria, is now working with 138.co.uk, as well as Klondaika.lv, and are hoping to match with other B2B client in future.
