Sam Hobcraft, founder of Omnia Casino, has explained his outline for the world’s first casino to be supported almost entirely by artificial intelligence systems. The AI will receive further innovations as the year moves toward the final quarter.
Hobcraft told reporter that the development cycles at the moment are continuous, and that there are a number of innovations that are currently in the works. They hope to provide in-depth personalisation options, which will be applied to areas such as recommendations, rewards, and compliance.
Hobcraft went on to add that they are working on creating a system that recommends games based on demographic profiles, as well as look-alike customers. The AI being used in the system is constantly learning and improving the content provided, in a similar fashion to how Netflix’s algorithms function. The next area of development for the team will be aimed at the personalisation of rewards.
The AI will be able to check through thousands of data points at any given time, allowing it decide on a reward that will be suit the customer, which will be dependant on the wagering requirements and the period of time that the wager is made.
Omnia Casino has plans to build AI chat bots that they hope will be able to handle up to 75% of all customer support issues. They hope that minimal human interaction will be required in order to improve response speeds while also adequately sorting out any issues that customers may have.
