Gaming services provider giant Playtech has agreed to a new deal to provide a number of its products and services to GVC Holdings umbrella until 2025, which will include its US-facing ROAR Digital Joint venture with MGM Resorts.
The deal is an extension to a pre-existing relationship between GVC and Playtech, and the expanded deal is expected to cover services in both existing and new markets. Playtech’s services will be made available to all of GVC’s brands, which will include many that were not previously made part of their relationship. GVC’s portfolio of brads will include PartyPoker, Ladbrokes Coral, and bwin, to name a few.
The two will also be working together to integrate Playtech’s services into GVS’ online platform, allowing them to be made available to ROAR Digital, the venture between GVC and MGM that’s based in the United States. Along with this, the deal will also see the agreement extended for Playtech BGT Sports that will be supplying software to Ladbrokes Coral for its self-service betting terminals that will be found throughout Belgium, Great Britain, and the Republic of Ireland.
GVC CEO, Kenneth Alexander, has said that even more their customers will be able to enjoy the content from one of the best supplier’s of high-quality gaming products in the world, adding that at the same time, the added flexibility around the migration between platforms will allow them to accelerate integration into Ladbrokes Coral, something that will take place over the next few months.
