GIG Signs On First Poker Client

Gaming Innovation Group has recently announced that is has added to its current B2b portfolio after signing on its first poker client. The gaming operator will now provide its product to OneTimePoker from the beginning of the first quarter in 2019.

GIG has described the partnership with their first external poker client as a milestone. The deal comes three years after their partnership was finalised with Microgaming poker Network, which began offering poker to B2B clients via the GIG Core platform. GIG is set to provide both casino in poke and online poker, which will be powered by MPN, as well as other third party content via GIG Core.

GIG chief executive Robin Reed has told reporters that they are looking forward to the expansion of their brand into further GIG product verticals through 2019, and that they hope to offer their poker community one-stop access for all of their entertainment needs.

GIG Core was originally launched in January 2015, and came with GIG’s own brands Guts and Betspin. Their first external client came in September of the same year, and since then, 40 more brands have been signed on to the platform, and by the end of last year, they had a total of 34 brands that were running together on GIG Core.

Their current partnership with OneTimePoker is the first B2B agreement following a bust period for the developer, which had previously agreed not to take on any new clients while they developed Hard Rock Casino’s online platform.
